Product Description

dry mortar production line is based on the latest design concept in Europe, this production adopts the advanced computer auto-control system, whose production capacity can reach 30-100 thousand tons per year depend on the system configuration. The production line consists of storage system, metering and batching system, conveying system, mixing system, air compressor system , packaging system, and dedusting system, etc.

II.Working principle of stairs type dry mortar production line

 According to requirements of the customers, the system can be equipped with 3-6 bulk storage bins, the material will, after being processed by the metering and batching system, be conveyed to pending-for-mixing bin,  then fed into the  biaxial agravic mixer for continuous mixing. The finished product in high conformity with mixing accuracy requirements can be sent to the finished products bin shortly after mixed. Moreover,  with automatic rationing and packaging machine at the bottom of finished products bin, allowing for synchronous auto-packaging operation.

1.Dry mortar Biaxial agravic mixer 

Biaxial Agravic mixer/Double-shaft agravic mixer usage:

Fast mixing all the materials in high uniformity quickly .

Features:Based on the original biaxial agravic mixer , the core parts of the mixer can mixing the material quickly(3-5min) equipped with a discharging machine ,which can load without residual. We instead  the traditional chain drive by reducer, prevents mechanical failure caused by collision of mixer blade because the chain jumping ,improves equipment sealing degree,prolongs the service life of the equipment .

2.Dust collector 

Pulse dust collector usage:

To collect the dust produced in production and packing .

Features : The use of tangential air inlet guide plate ,the base is with filtering and additional equipped with centrifugal dust removing effect ,improves the efficiency of dust precipitator.The use of special fabric filter and dust filtering fan ,cloth and filter three-in-one ,can simplify the process circulation period,reduce dust,decrease investment.

3.Packing maching  

Automatic packer usage: Automatic weighing and packing finished products .

Features: with three speed types feeding structures ,i.e,the fast ,faster and the slow feeding structure to ensure the accuracy of the packing .With anti-jamming technology, realize automatic error compensation and correction.

4.Automatic weighing system  

Automatic batching scale usage:

According to the order of the automatic control system ,it can automatically batching and matching raw materials in fixed proportion and then the materials will be delivered to upgrade equipment .

Features :The utility model adopts a double-layer double-helix metal strip,which can cause the material to generate axial and radial movement at the same time ,so as to realize the two stirring of the material to prevent the accumulation of the material in the bin.
